Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for your first order, allowing you to try Merlin with confidence. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. This policy applies only to your initial purchase.

To be eligible for a return, some portion of the items in your order must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, email us at hi@trymerlin.co with your name, your order number, and the date of your purchase. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll share instructions on how and where to send your product back to us. You must return the product to us in order to get a refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will receive a full refund for the value of your Merlin, less $7 to help cover processing costs. Please note that any initial shipping charges are non refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hi@trymerlin.co if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at hi@trymerlin.co.

 

Cancellations

We cannot cancel orders after they have been placed. Subscriptions can be managed or canceled at any time through the customer account portal, which is available 24/7 and is where customers can manage their subscriptions with just a few easy steps.
